1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing our products you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Products & license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software/API you purchase for lawful commercial or non-commercial projects, subject to the specific plan you buy. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute the source, reverse-engineer for competing purposes, or share your license key publicly.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the services, circumvent rate limits, use them to generate unlawful content, or overload the infrastructure. We may throttle or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments
Checkout, taxes, and invoicing are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Prices shown at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
5. Availability & changes
Products are provided "as is". We may update, modify or discontinue features. APIs may change; we aim to give reasonable notice for breaking changes where practical.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you cannot lawfully waive.
