Solaris Labs ("we") builds and sells software products, including the CultuCore API, RedditLead and the Chrome Extension Starter Kit. We respect your privacy and collect only what we genuinely need to deliver and support these products.
2. Information we collect
- Purchase data: when you buy a product, your email address and order details are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We receive the email to deliver the product, issue a license key and provide support.
- Usage data: for our APIs, we may log request counts and basic technical metadata (e.g. IP address) to enforce fair-use rate limits and prevent abuse.
- Voluntary data: anything you send us by email (feedback, support requests).
3. How we use it
To deliver products and license keys, provide customer support, enforce rate limits and abuse protection, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website uses minimal or no tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this policy. Payment interactions are handled on Lemon Squeezy's secure pages.
5. Third parties
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record.
- Hosting — our sites are hosted on Cloudflare / Vercel infrastructure.
6. Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable technical measures. Issued license records are stored securely and are never made public.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We are based in China and serve customers worldwide; we honor applicable data-protection rights (including GDPR/CCPA-style requests) as far as reasonably practicable.
